"You" means "the buyer".

 

The title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products ordered, provided that we have processed and received payment in full from you.

 

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and THE SONA GIRL will take place on dispatch to you of the products as ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.

 

For your security, all payments are processed by our merchant provider and we do not keep any of your credit card details.

To purchase from our online store, simply browse the products in our catalogue and add any items that you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. 

 

When you have finished choosing the products you are interested in purchasing, click on Checkout and you will be able to complete your order and purchase. 

 

We securely accept payments by VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Electron and all major credit and debit cards (as well as PayPal).

 

All prices quoted are in GB Pounds Sterling. 

 

The price you pay is the GB Pounds Sterling price displayed on the website at the time that you place your order.

 

Whilst we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of placing your order again at the correct price or cancelling it. 

 

If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

 

If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods chosen, you will receive a full refund. 

 

All prices exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise. 

 

Details of Postage & Packing charges are displayed clearly during the final stages of your order process and confirmation. 

 

We take payment from you at the time we receive your order. 

 

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods you ordered if you would like this rather than waiting for your order to be delivered, as advised.

When your order is placed on our website the order value is passed through to our secure card payment provider. THE SONA GIRL will appear on your card statement, where appropriate.

 

We want you to be happy with your purchases from THE SONA GIRL. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase(s), or if you have any queries, please contact THE SONA GIRL. 

 

All customer queries will be answered within 48 hours of receipt or, where our office is closed, on the next working day. 

Returns Policy:

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re sorry to hear that, and we will be happy to offer you an exchange, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please contact us by email within 3 days of receipt. If the item is received faulty, please include an image of the faulty item. We will refund an item, in full, if it is received faulty.

 

Faulty goods will only be accepted for refund if they are returned within 10 days of receipt. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

 

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings. 

 

Bespoke and engraved items: these pieces are Special Orders, which means that the item will be made or customised especially for you; because of this, these items cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. 

 

Any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. 

 

Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and please provide proof of postage.


The cost of returning the item to us is also your responsibility. 

 

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty.

 

Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.

We ship all purchases with Royal Mail, within the UK, Europe and the world. 

 

Customers have the choice of first or second class and tracked/signed-for delivery when ordering, where such options are available.
