This sterling silver conversion ring dates back to 1900 and has the most gorgeous engraved pattern depicting ivy and other foliage.
 
Ivy is often used as a symbol of everlasting life, devotion, fidelity and loyalty, and therefore was often presented in the past to brides and grooms at their wedding. 
 
The ring has a lovely detail too, continuing the natural theme.
