A lovely little screw-top pot in black bakelite, dating to the 1920s. 
The lid is Art Deco in style with a circle and straight lines, and STUDS engraved and gilded in the centre. No visible chips or cracks.
 
The base has a burgundy felted lining as a soft landing for your jewels. Perfect for cufflinks, stud earrings, rings or whatever you fancy!
