This is a stunning 1920's cameo ring, in 9ct gold.
 
The simplicity of the neutral background contrasts perfectly with the off-white shell cameo face, and will elevate any outfit.

Although it is impossible to know for sure, I believe this ring to be from the 1920's, and is unchanged from its original creation.
